Several years ago, I began to notice my hearing was not what it used to be. We had friends who had seen Dr. Austin with good results, so I made an appointment with her. She did all the appropriate testing and knew exactly what my problem was. I’m so glad I decided to make that appointment. She helped take care of my hearing problem, but also made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to come back anytime if adjustments were needed.

Dr. Austin treated my hearing loss after a right ear viral infection. Although I was upset and struggling to carry conversations in noisy environments, Dr. Austin was reassuring and supportive.
