Tina Harris

Patient Care Coordinator

Tina grew up in a small farm town in eastern Indiana and attended Ball State University and Indiana Business College. She has over 20 years of experience in ENT and audiology practices and found her passion in the healthcare industry after wearing many different hats!

Tina and Dr. Shannon have known and worked together for over 15 years; their teamwork helps SLA Audiology run like a well-oiled machine, and their camaraderie allows for a more personalized patient experience since they know each other so well.

As our Patient Care Coordinator, Tina is our patients’ first contact, providing appointment scheduling assistance, informing individuals about our different services, finding insurance information, and reaching out to insurance companies to help patients maximize their benefits. She also helps Dr. Shannon and Dr. Kaitie with their daily schedules and processes.

Tina loves being part of a practice where she gets to work with friends and professionals that genuinely care about patient outcomes. She feels incredibly valued in her role as a result!

Outside of work, Tina and her family are very involved in the church community, and she loves spending time with her adult children and grandchildren on the lake or traveling to the beach.
