We hosted Patient Appreciation Day on Friday, June 20, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at our Brownsburg office, where we had the pleasure of expressing our heartfelt gratitude to patients like you.

It was a wonderful event filled with warmth, community, and delightful treat — a celebration dedicated to you, our valued patients.

Honoring Our Valued Patients

Patient Appreciation Day was all about recognizing and celebrating the trust and commitment you place in us. Fresh doughnuts provided some sweet treats that nobody could resist!

The Wandering Bee coffee truck provided an inviting aroma outside, as attendees picked up their complimentary drink coupons from our office. The joy of seeing many of you share in these moments with us was truly the highlight of the day!

Tina, Kaitie, and I really enjoyed catching up with new and old friends throughout the day and patients enjoyed meeting each other. These events always remind those with hearing loss that they are not alone in their journey to better communication, and the ability for us to chat with patients outside of a normal appointment situation reminds us of our why.

We had several fun raffle giveaway winners: coffee mugs, restaurant gift cards, and hearing aid accessories were some of the prizes up for grabs. We all agreed we need to have the coffee truck back more often because it was a huge hit with everyone.

Our team love the relationships we make with our patients as people too… outside our typical day to day work life.

A few patients stopped by just to tell us they appreciated us! Which was unexpected, but we certainly felt the love. It’s because of people like you that we’re so passionate about what we do; from looking for better ways to help our community to meeting awesome new people, our entire team is so grateful for our patients.
